30 years in the making…

Since 1989, Benny Noh, the founder of Nippon Food, has been on a journey to create the tastiest food for the Hawaiian people. His signature dish, Mochiko Chicken, started as a simple chicken karaage dish. However, Benny wanted to stand out from the crowd, and began incorporating Mochiko flour into his batches. Unfortunately, like all first inventions, the first batch failed. But after almost three decades of refinement, blood, sweat, and tears, Mochiko Chicken was the final product. And now he wants to bring his creation to the rest of the world for all to taste.
