Honolulu Area (Moanalua to Keeaumoku): The minimum price for delivery is $150, including a $15 delivery fee. If you order more than $250, the delivery is free.
Outer Areas: Minimum price for delivery is $275 including a $25 delivery fee. If you order more than $400, the delivery is free.
!!!Areas beyond Wahaiawa, Kapolei, Kaneohe (Up to Valley of the Temple), Kailua, and Aina Haina are excluded from delivery!!!
